We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If something isn’t right, please review our policy below.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Include original tags and packaging

Include a receipt or proof of purchase

We’ll provide you with a return label and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns from outside the UK may require longer shipping times.

2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@valefall.com so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized products

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Beauty, personal care, or hygiene products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please first return the original following the steps above.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
4. European Union “Cooling-Off” Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@valefall.com.
